Storytelling for sales enablement
For content your sales teams will actually use
If you’re in sales enablement, I’m going to bet that you’re juggling a lot of balls.
I’m also going to bet that none of those balls are talking to each other, and some of them are on fire.
Let’s just call a spade a spade. Your job is tough.
If conversions are down, sales cycles are dragging, and you’re getting staff churn because your Sales Team don’t have the tools they need, you’re in the right place.
(I’m also going to bet my typing fingers that there are at least 10 versions of the same outdated asset floating around your team. Or worse, a few versions your reps have made up themselves? Yeah, I know about those.)
You know it doesn’t need to be this complicated. But you’ve already put out five fires today before even touching your to-do list.
What if you had help from a sales enablement copywriter who could take your ideas and turn them into content your sales team actually uses? Content that creates emotional connections, shows benefits in action, and meets everyone in the buying group where they are?
A writer with a background in multi-stakeholder engagement and buyer psychology?
Someone who’s nice and easy to work with, and can help you get to:
Repeatable messaging frameworks
Reduced ramp time
Increased engagement across buyer-committee stakeholders
Consistent internal messaging
Sales rep confidence in value conversations
Uplift in closed-won conversions
So you hit your KPIs, and you’ve got more time because you’re not putting out fires anymore.
Wouldn’t your life be so much easier?
I thought so.
And I’m ready when you are.
I’m a sales enablement copywriter with a background in social sciences, comms, and leading large teams. I’ll take your customer requirements and obstacles, and turn them into stories laden with empathy. Your sales teams will meet your prospects where they are, have benefits-led conversations, and help customers win the day.
Here’s what I can do for you
Chuck your ideas at me, and I’ll turn them into tools that are engaging, memorable, and clear as a bell. Think of me as your wordy wingmate. You tell me what you’re trying to say and what you need to achieve, and I’ll give you the words for your enablement assets.
From battlecards and sales decks to training content and stakeholder-specific messaging. I’ll learn all about your products, your customer requirements, and what’s getting in their way.
We’ll work remotely for the most part, but it’s also good for me to get amongst it. So, if you’re bringing your team together, I can be there, scribbling away and gathering up the gold.
One-off projects
If you have a clear project in mind and you need a writer to swoop in and get it to the finish line, I can do that. We'll agree deadlines at the outset, building in time for feedback and revisions. Then I’ll get everything done and dusted before sweeping out again like Mary Poppins.
Something longer term
On the other hand, if you’re going to need ongoing support, we can talk about a retainer.
Either way, your sales teams get to work without friction. Your customer base grows. And your stakeholders think you’re the bees’ knees.
I’m good. Call me.
What I really value about Leesa is how she listens. She doesn’t just take a brief and disappear. She asks smart questions, gently pushes where we’re hiding behind buzzwords, and keeps going until she finds the real heart of the story. And then she writes it in a way that makes people actually feel something and want to respond.
Luis, Pod Point
Leesa was brilliant to work with. She halved our ramp time and made my life so much easier! We won’t use any other copywriter now that we’ve found Leesa.
Jamie, MD, Gaia
Costs will depend on what you need and how long you need me for. But to give you a ballpark, my day rate is £400 for sales enablement copywriting.

This depends on what you need.

Honestly? I’m a delight.
No, really.
I love people and I love what I do, so I smile a lot. And I love hearing people’s stories, so I’m really good at listening.
I’m Welsh though, so I can be quite candid. If I think something isn’t going to work, I’ll tell you. And I’ll listen when you do the same.
I think communication is essential in all relationship. So, I’ll always keep the comms going between us. You’ll always know where you are, and what to expect.
Oh, and I’ve never missed a deadline in my life.
-
Sorry, but no. I’m really good at what I do, but you know your team, your goals, and your product.
We’ll get the best results if we work collaboratively.
-
Easy!
Head over to my Book a Call page where you can email me, send me a message, or do it old school and phone me.
We’ll arrange a time for an initial chat to talk about what you need. Then I’ll follow up with a proposal for you to think about in your own time.

For standalone pieces of work, I ask for a 50% deposit up front, with the remaining 50% due within 7 days of completion.
For retainers, we’ll need to nail down the specifics together to make sure things work for both of us.
