Sales Narratives & Enablement

From workshop to implementation, for unified messaging and alignment throughout the customer journey.

If you’re in sales enablement, I’m going to bet that you’re juggling a lot of balls.

I’m also going to bet that none of those balls are talking to each other, and some of them are on fire.

Let’s just call a spade a spade. Your job is tough.

Are conversions down? Sales cycles dragging? Getting staff churn because your Sales Team don’t have the tools they need?

(I’m also going to bet my typing fingers that there are at least 10 versions of the same outdated asset floating around your team. Or worse, a few versions your reps have made up themselves? Yeah, I know about those…)

You know it doesn’t need to be this complicated. But you’ve already put out five fires today before even touching your to-do list.

Let us take it off your hands

We’re Leesa and Luis, and we’ll take you from sluggish ramp time and low conversions to alignment across the whole customer journey.

We’ll start with a workshop with your sales and product teams where we’ll get into the details of where your customers are, what they want, what’s getting in their way, and exactly how you help.

We’ll create sales narratives that forge emotional connections, show benefits in action, and meet everyone in the buying group where they are.

Then we’ll go away and build your sales enablement deck with everything your team needs to have those aligned, value-led conversations.

You’ll get:

Repeatable messaging frameworks for consistent internal messaging

Reduced ramp time

Increased engagement across buyer-committee stakeholders

Shorter sales cycles

Sales rep confidence in value conversations

Uplift in closed-won conversions

But we don’t just chuck the tools at you and leave you to it.

Once we’ve built your decks, we’ll roll up our sleeves and help your teams to implement them.

Here’s what it looks like:

We start with a call so that we can understand where you’re at and where you want to get to.

Then we’ll get cracking designing a workshop that’s specific for your team.

As soon as you’re ready, we’ll spend a few days with your people getting the full picture for your customers, your product, and how the two come together.

We’ll go away and create the assets you need. From battlecards and sales decks to training content and stakeholder-specific messaging.

We'll stick with you for 3 months, measuring key performance indicators to make sure your messaging is fully embedded, your people are confident, and your customers get a consistent experience from start to finish.

Your sales teams meet your prospects where they are and help them win the day. Because your customers are the heroes of every sales conversation they have.

Your sales teams get to work without friction. Your revenue goes up. And your stakeholders think you’re the bee’s knees.
